Rising Sun - The Final is the 9th arc in the Captain Tsubasa series, covering the Madrid Olympics match of Japan VS. Spain.
The arc lasting 10 chapters from April 2023 to April 2024 ended serialization half-way through the match when the mangaka Yoichi Takahashi announced his retirement, thus ending the official published serialization but continuing the story at his own pace, on the official Captain Tsubasa World website has a web-comic under the title Captain Tsubasa: Rising Sun - Finals.
