She indeed got hurt.. But throwing all her pain against her sister who dearly care for her.. Trying to make her suffer.. It's truly disgusting if anyone would think that way.. If it was towards the grandfather it be another reason.. But ruining her sister life who cared for her even when she did nothing wrong..
